This tutorial will provide the details for exchange members to update their credit card details, so it can be verified and tokenized by Stripe.
Once a member is logged in to their account on Phoenix, they can click their name on the top black header to display a link to their profile.
On the My Profile screen, click Payment Profile, and select Pay by Credit Card to display the credit card on file. Click the Add New Card button at the bottom of the screen.
Clicking the Add New Card button displays the payment details screen. Complete the form, and click Save Changes.
Once members click Save Changes to update their credit card details, the secure credit card data is sent to Stripe Connect via API for tokenization. A unique token is returned back to VB, which is stored in the members database file to assure secure PCI compliance.
Exchange admins can view credit card status for all members set to Terms = Yes on the Batch Processing Screen. Once a member's card is tokenized via Stripe Connect, the Card Not Verified label with change to a Green Verified label.
