In the meantime, you can find helpful tips, info and answers to a lot of questions at: http://support.virtualbarter.com, but don't add any tickets there, as support is now integrated directly in the Virtualbarter & Reciprio software, and immediately accessible by clicking the smile icon on the bottom right of your screen.
