Emails are Not Sent

VirtualBarter uses Amazon SES for all transactional email to assure speedy and reliable delivery. Activating transactional emails for your exchange requires that you validate your email address to assure Amazon that you own the address.

When your exchange was set-up and you added your admin account, Amazon automatically sends a validation request email to the email address you entered for the exchange administrator.

You must click the confirmation link in the email with 24 hours of receipt or it becomes invalid. 

If your emails aren't being sent, it's usually because the validation was not done. So, let us know by clicking the icon on the bottom right of your screen, and we will request a new validation email to be sent to you.
